Please note, the Online Shop and the Personalised Cards service are two different websites, so you need to open a separate account for each of them if you wish to order products. We know this isn't ideal and are currently aiming to combine these sites so you can shop with just the one account - but in the meantime, we'd like to apologise for any inconvenience and to thank you for your patience while we work on this.
You can, however, use the same User Name and Password for both of your accounts if you’d like.

Online Shop
There are lots of benefits to creating an account for our Online Shop. With an account you can:
- Review products.
- Check up on your order history and status of any recent purchases.
- Create an address book and manage all your personal addresses.
- Check out more quickly and easily on later visits to the website.
In addition, when creating an account for our Online Shop, you have the opportunity to add items to your Wish List. You can either save items there to review at a later date or you can forward this on to your friends and family so they know exactly what to buy you for those special occasions!
To create an account, follow these four simple steps:
- Go to Hallmark.co.uk.
- Select ‘Shop’ from the tabs at the top of the page.
- Click ‘Log in / Sign up’ at the top right-hand corner of the page.
- Fill in the New Customer form.
You will then be redirected to the summary of your new account.

Personalised Cards
When creating an account for Personalised Cards, you have the opportunity to create a calendar and use the Hallmark Reminder Service. This allows you to fill in all the details of your special dates so we can email you reminders in time to send out a Personalised Card at Hallmark.co.uk.
Your account also allows you to:
