Our cards are sent via Royal Mail 1st class and should be with you within 1-2 days Monday-Saturday unless you have chosen a later delivery date. You can find more information about delivery here .

Can I send my card abroad?

No, currently we can only deliver to a UK address

We accept Credit Card, Mastercard. Visa, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Is it possible to amend or cancel my order?

Your order is processed immediately after payment, which means that we are unable to cancel or make any changes once you’ve checked out. If you have any issues with your order after it has arrived please reach out to our customer service team who will be happy to help

What size are your cards?

We currently offer two different size options on all our cards. You will be asked to choose the size when you select your card and click ‘Personalise My Card’. Standard = 12.0 x 16.7 cm Large = 15.5 x 21.6cm
