Your cards are sent via Royal Mail 1st class and not tracked. They are normally delivered within 1-2 days Monday to Saturday unless you have chosen a different delivery date. The delivery page can be found here.
I have not received an order confirmation. What now?
After payment you will immediately receive our order confirmation by e-mail. It may have ended up in your spam folder/junk mail. To check if the payment was successful, go to ‘My Account’ and ‘Orders’. If your order is there, it has gone through and been processed. If not, speak to a member of our customer service team who will be happy to help!
