How long will my card take to arrive?

Your card should arrive within 1 to 2 days of placing your order, unless you have chosen a specific delivery date. All our cards are sent by Royal Mail with 1st class postage. During peak seasonal times, especially Christmas, we recommend you keep up to date with the last postage dates for Royal Mail, to ensure your card arrives on time. Can I add photos to any cards?

Yes, you can! All our cards can be completely customised. While many of our designs have photos as the main feature on the card, you can add images to any design you like. Plus, you can put them wherever you like and however you want. Let your imagination run wild!

I’m unsure what to say in my card. Can you help?

Sometimes it’s difficult to know what to say in a card. But there’s no need to worry! If you need a little inspiration, have a look at the ‘Choose a Message’ option within our card creator. Can I buy some wrapping paper or a gift bag to go with my order?
