Birthday for Kids Cards FAQs

How long will my card take to arrive?

Your card should arrive within 1 to 2 days of placing your order, unless you have chosen a specific delivery date. All our cards are sent by Royal Mail with 1st class postage. You can find out more about our delivery information here.

Can I add photos to any card design?

Yes, all our cards can be completely customised. While many of our designs have photos as the main feature on the card, you can add as many images as you like, to any design. Plus, you can put them anywhere you want. Just let your imagination run wild!

I’m unsure what to say in my card. Can you help?

Sometimes it’s difficult to know what to say in a card. But there’s no need to worry! If you need a little bit of inspiration, have a look at the ‘Choose a Message’ option within our card creator. We’ve got suggestions to suit kids of all ages and their individual interests. So you’re sure to find something to help you get started.

Can I buy a gift bag or some wrapping paper to go with my order?
