Potential Delivery Disruption

Due to essential work on our systems there will be some disruption to delivery services over the next few days. 

24hr delivery will be unavailable after 15:30 Thursday 5th September until Monday 9th September. Any 24hr delivery orders placed before 15:30 on the 5th will be delivered as normal.

There may also be some impact to our 48hr delivery services, everything should be back to normal from Monday 9th September. If you have any queries, please email customersupport@hallmark.co.uk.

  • Delivered 1-3 working days (Mon-Sat) from dispatch

Royal Mail 24hr Tracked

  • £3.99
  • Tracked delivery within 1-2 working days (Mon-Sat)
  • Orders must be placed by 3pm to be dispatched the same day, 4pm for personalised cards

Royal Mail 48hr Tracked

  • £2.99
  • Tracked delivery within 2-4 working days (Mon-Sat)
  • Orders must be placed by 3pm to be dispatched the same day, 4pm for personalised cards

Spend over £20 and we’ll deliver your items for FREE!*

  • All personalised card orders need to be placed before 4pm for same day dispatch. All non-personalised orders need to be placed before 3pm for same day dispatch.

  • Any orders placed after the cut-off time on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

  • Excludes orders where products within a single order are being shipped to more than one address.

  • We currently only deliver to locations across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

  • Free Delivery is only available on single orders over £20 (after any discounts or offers are applied).

  • Please be aware that bank holidays may impact the delivery of your order slightly, we will ensure that any delays are minimal and that your items reach you
    as soon as possible

Returns

If you would like to return your order, or any part of your order, please contact us at customersupport@hallmark.co.uk to discuss the issue with our team and arrange a refund or replacement where possible.

If the item is still in saleable condition (i.e. undamaged, in its original packaging, complete with envelope etc), we would request that you return it to us within 14 days for the full refund. Please note that return postage must be covered by the customer at their own cost.

Should your order, or any part of your order, have been damaged, be faulty or not what you ordered, we would once again request that you contact customersupport@hallmark.co.uk in the first instance, along with a photograph of the fault or damage in question. If we require the return of an item, you will have 30 days to return it to us.
