Obviously, you’re going to be excited to receive your Hallmark goodies asap, but there are a few things you need to remember…
- All personalised card orders need to be placed before 4pm for same day dispatch. All non-personalised orders need to be placed before 3pm for same day dispatch.
- Any orders placed after the cut-off time on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
- We currently only deliver to locations across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
- Free Delivery is only available on single orders over £20 (after any discounts or offers are applied).
- Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply Free Delivery where products within a single order are being shipped to more than one address.
- If you have not received your order after 3 working days please contact our customer service team via email at customersupport@hallmark.co.uk
- Please be aware that bank holidays may impact the delivery of your order slightly, we will ensure that any delays are minimal and that your items reach you
as soon as possible

Returns
Now, of course, we hope you love everything you’ve ordered, but if you’ve changed your mind about something, that’s ok too.
If you would like to return your order, or any part of your order, please contact us without delay at customersupport@hallmark.co.uk to discuss the issue with our team and arrange a refund or replacement where possible. If the item is still in saleable condition (i.e. undamaged, in its original packaging, complete with envelope etc), we would request that you return it to us within 14 days for the full refund. Please note that return postage must be covered by the customer at their own cost.
Should your order, or any part of your order, have been damaged, be faulty or not what you ordered, we would once again request that you contact customersupport@hallmark.co.uk in the first instance, along with a photograph of the fault or damage in question. If we require the return of any such item you will have 30 days in which to return it to us.
