Returns
If you would like to return your order, or any part of your order, please contact us at customersupport@hallmark.co.uk to discuss the issue with our team and arrange a refund or replacement where possible.
If the item is still in saleable condition (i.e. undamaged, in its original packaging, complete with envelope etc), we would request that you return it to us within 14 days for the full refund. Please note that return postage must be covered by the customer at their own cost.
Should your order, or any part of your order, have been damaged, be faulty or not what you ordered, we would once again request that you contact customersupport@hallmark.co.uk in the first instance, along with a photograph of the fault or damage in question. If we require the return of an item, you will have 30 days to return it to us.
