About the Woodland Trust

It’s the largest woodland conservation charity in the UK. Its vision is a world where woods and trees thrive for people and nature. For the last 50 years it has been working to protect, restore and create native woodland. 

Caring for over 1,000 woods, keeping them free to access for all to explore and enjoy, the Trust wants to inspire a love for woods and trees for generations to come, and is committed to planting native trees and woodland for the health of people, wildlife, and our planet.
